Description
The Texas Vintage Strat Pickup set are single coils with a blues and blues rock sound to mimic vintage music in your playing style. They offer increased output, sparkling highs, tight bass, and smooth warm tone while retaining your favorite vintage pickup characteristics. These satisfy the souls of those who desire a vintage tone but want a little more tonal muscle and bite out of their pickups.
These pickups are made with AlNiCo V magnets and are overwound to provide an extra kick. The middle pickup is reverse wound and reverse polarity to reduce hum when combined with the neck and bridge pickups. Extra touches of quality are evident with Bobbins made of fiber rather than plastic, wrapped windings and a cloth-wrapped output lead wire instead of vinyl.
