For every Laureate guitar, the Alvarez designers hand-select bridge plates, bracing, kerfing, and tops for optimal resonance, structure, and appearance. In a break from much of Alvarez’s range, they’ve opted for a single-level Black Ebony bridge and hand-sanded bracing, for refined resonance and harmonic detail – and adding to that traditional look. This commitment to quality is evident even at first glance, but when you pick a Laureate guitar up, the sound speaks for itself.Listen & CompareSpecificationsTop Wood: AAA Solid North American SitkaTop Colour: Sunset/GlossBack and Sides Wood: Solid African MahoganyBack & Sides Color: Natural/GlossHeadstock Facia: EbonyBridge Pins: EbonyShape: ParlorNeck: African MahoganyCase or Bag: AFC30Bracing: FS6Bridge: EbonyInlays: Premium AbaloneFingerboard: EbonyHeadstock Plate: EbonyNut and Saddle: BoneTuner: Premium Open GearBinding: IvoroidStrings: D’Addario XSAPB1253Neck Meets Body: 12th FretPickup / EQ: LR Baggs HiFiAlvarez Laureate LP60e Parlour Electro-Acoustic in Sunset
