Build unique delay textures with five insert effects Within the feedback loop, Tides offers five insert points, each capable of loading one of 11 different effect processors. These include distortions, filters, frequency shifters, ring modulation and more. You can even load another delay into one of the insert slots. With this setup, each repeat can take on a new texture or evolve in surprising ways, making it perfect for experimental sound design or creative production tricks. Stereo modulation adds movement The built-in modulation system includes stereo LFOs, envelope followers, and macro controls. These can be mapped to nearly any parameter in the delay chain, allowing you to add evolving stereo movement, rhythmic effects or dynamic responses that change with your audio input. This makes Tides a powerful tool for both static ambience and rhythmically responsive delay lines. Interactive interface designed for performance Tides introduces BLEASS’ v2 engine and a reimagined interface that works equally well with mouse or touch. The standout feature is the delay visualiser – a central display that lets you interact with your delay in real-time, triggering frequency-shifting effects with a tap or click.
