Description
Experience the harmonious blend of tradition and innovation with the Deluxe Roosebeck Mountain Dulcimer. This exquisite instrument is crafted with a vaulted fret board and a completely spruce soundboard, ensuring lightweight construction and enhanced sound vibration for superior sound quality. Its elegant hourglass shape and classic f-hole openings on the soundboard make it a standout piece. The body, neck, and fret board are made from solid walnut, complemented by a gold-colored, crown-shaped tailpiece. The bridge and nut are crafted from bone, and the carved scroll peg head features four gold-colored mechanical geared straight tuners with a 4:1 ratio. This dulcimer is equipped with four strings, including two melody strings, one middle string, and one bass drone string. For ease of play, the traditional DAD tuning method is recommended.
Contemporary dulcimers, like this model, offer versatility with extra notches on the nut for personalized string patterns. The inside doubled melody string can be removed to revert to a traditional three-string setup, or adjusted for equal spacing between all four strings. This flexibility allows you to find the setup that best suits your playing style. Included with this dulcimer are essential accessories: a pick, noter, and owner’s guide. Elevate your musical journey with this exceptional instrument. Order now and discover the captivating sound of the Deluxe Roosebeck Mountain Dulcimer.
