Comments: I test out all my purchases from whomever.I put my bass drum in this case. I put the other four pieces to my kit into their cases. I then stacked them up on top of the bass drum case. (They’re stackable, ya know?!). Then…I stepped up on to the edges of my new bass drum case and stood on it for a while…all 172 pounds of me.Long story, short, this bass drum case held up. No cracks, no breaks, no creases! By the way, my kit is a Ludwig Vistalite. The drums/shells are heavier than most other drums.
